Nylabone Galileo Durachew
I bought this for Abby yesterday and have to say that I’m pretty pleased with it thus far. Abby’s been having a ball throwing it around and chewing on it vigorously (as you can tell by the amount of teeth marks on it already). I’ve tried a few different types of Nylabone Durachews and they’re one of the only toys that Abby can’t destroy instantaneously and will actually last her a few months so I was really intrigued by the Galileo because it’s designed so that you don’t have to throw it away once the ends are worn down and so very small shavings come off as it’s being chewed. This seemed perfect for Abby because it was something that would last quite a while and since she can get shavings off would also (hopefully) help satisfy her need to tear things to shreds. I would say the only downside of this toy is the price, it retails for around $25 but whenever I’ve looked at it’s always been on sale for $20.
